  • How long will the products last?

Once opened they have a shelf life of 6 months. 

  •  How safe are your products? Are they safe for pregnant women?

Our products have been fully tested and certified for safety and stability.  If you are pregnant or are undergoing treatment for any medical condition we advise you consult your GP.

  •  Why are Ayeena oils not in dark bottles?

Unlike certain products our oils are not unstable; they have been stability tested in various conditions and will not oxidise; however we do recommend that they are stored in a cool dry place and away from sunlight.

  •  Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, definitely, as much as we care about what’s inside the bottle Ayeena are also committed to caring for what’s outside it.  Our bottle, packaging and outer packaging are fully recyclable and our labels are printed using eco friendly solvent inks. We are dedicated to researching and creating more ways of reducing our waste footprint.

  • What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debit card, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.

  • Why didn't I receive an invoice with my order?

We will e-mail you your invoice instead of printing to further reduce additional waste;  if you require a paper invoice please e-mail us at info@ayeena.co.uk.

  • How much is UK shipping and how long will it take to process my order?

Two options are available.  Royal Mail second class signed for £4.25 (2-7 days) or Evri/Yodel for £2.99 (3-7 days).  Please see Shipping for International rates.

  • Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns for damaged items.  Please email us at info@ayeena.co.uk.
